About the Participant Profile

The Participant Profile is in Rich Text Format (RTF). RTF documents are viewable in virtually every type of word processor. It is a virus-safe format whereas Microsoft Word documents are notorious for containing "macro viruses". We've chosen this format to protect our computer systems and yours from such infections. The submission process is outlined below:

1. Download the Participant Profile and save to your computer (in some cases the document will open directly in your browser).
2. Open the saved document in a word processing program.
3. Complete the form.
4. Save the document again, making sure that the document is still in Rich Text Format (most word processing programs will automatically save document as this type).
5. Return as an attachment to nahroaccessalliance@nahro.org
