Capital Fund Program
Learn how to incorporate capital planning into the PHA Plan process. Discover how to maximize your capital fund, use CFP funds for new construction, and leverage these funds with other sources. Practical, interactive case studies help you learn new concepts. (1.3 CEUs)
Who Should Attend
Although traditional modernization practitioners will appreciate this seminar, it is also very relevant to senior policy makers and administrators, including executive directors and finance and other directors. This is especially true in light of the CFPs linkage to PHA Plan mission statements, strategic goals and objectives, and the program's new emphasis on mixed-finance leveraging of funds in the context of new housing development and/or major redesign strategies.
