“The training I had at the NAHRO CFP class was very helpful in teaching the fundamentals, as well as the basics about all aspects of Capital Funds. The seminar covered a wide range of topics. Our instructor was very helpful in answering all of the questions that were asked. I recommend that this class be taken by anyone looking for a clear understanding of how a housing authority should handle daily, monthly, quarterly and annual task to make their PHA stay ahead of the curve and be compliant with HUD's standards.”

Who Should Attend
Although traditional modernization practitioners will appreciate this seminar, it is also very relevant to senior policy makers and administrators, including executive directors and finance and other directors. This is especially true in light of the CFPs linkage to PHA Plan mission statements, strategic goals and objectives, and the program's new emphasis on mixed-finance leveraging of funds in the context of new housing development and/or major redesign strategies.
