Executive Management Capstone
This capstone seminar, geared toward the CEO, Executive Director, Deputy Director or Department Director with ten or more years of experience, will allow attendees to share their experiences and participate in case studies similar to those listed in the Certified Management Executive (CME) Study Guide. Areas of discussion include Dynamics of Housing Authorities, Ethics and the Expectations of Senior Management, Legal Issues, Lead vs. Manage, Behavior and Communication Styles, and Effective Decision Making.
The Certified Management Executive (CME) exam will be conducted the following morning for those who would like to sit for the exam.
