Here’s what your booth includes:

  • One complimentary conference registration, which admits you to all conference sessions and ticketed events.
  • One booth personnel badge, which allows access to all conference sessions and meal functions inside the hall.
  • Up to three additional registrations for those companies with more than two personnel at $260 per person. (For companies with more than five personnel, additional registrations may be purchased at the conference rate.)
  • Free listing in the Conference Program if exhibit space is reserved prior to press time.
  • Listing in the Buyer's Guide Issue of NAHRO’s national magazine The Journal of Housing and Community Development (JOHCD) if exhibit space is reserved prior to press time.
  • Highlighted listing in the pre-conference issue of the JOHCD if exhibit space is reserved prior to press time.
  • Roster of Conference Attendees for post-show promotion
  • Special exhibit hall events to increase traffic
  • Special identification sign for MSC members
  • Booth identification sign

Exhibit Booth Fees

NAHRO MSC Members
(MSC Members dues must be current at showtime.)

  • First Booth: $1,325
  • Each Additional Booth: $1,150

Non-MSC Members

  • First Booth: $1,585
  • Each Additional Booth: $1,375

Not included in the booth fee:
All furniture, carpet, electrical, phone lines, etc. are separate costs through the show decorator. An exhibition service manual with complete instructions and forms will be sent to exhibitors approximately 90 days prior to showtime.
