With the purchase of booth space, each exhibiting company is entitled to one (1) full conference registration; one (1) booth personnel badge that allows access to exhibit hall and sessions only—ticketed events such as the Evening Event and Closing Plenary Session are not included, but can be added to your registration for a nominal fee; and the opportunity to purchase up to three additional full conference registrations at $295 each. Additional attendees requested over this allotment must register at the regular conference rate via the Attendee registration page.

EXHIBITOR REGISTRATION PAYMENTS
Applicable registration fees must be paid in advance. Registration forms received without applicable payment will not be processed. Registrations may be paid by credit card or check. NAHRO accepts Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. All registrations must be faxed or postmarked on or before October 18. After that date you must register onsite. Please do not mail and fax your registration and payment–only one copy is required.
 
  
EXHIBITOR REGISTRATION CONFIRMATIONS
All registrations received prior to October 12 will be confirmed. If you register by fax or mail, your confirmation will be e-mailed within three days of receipt. Please bring a copy of your confirmation with you to the conference.
 
 
EXHIBITOR REGISTRATION CHANGES/SUBSTITUTIONS
Prior to October 12, changes/substitutions must be submitted in writing and forwarded to NAHRO via email, or fax: (202) 289-4968. After October 12, changes must be made onsite at Exhibitor Registration.
 
 
SPECIAL NEEDS
Please contact NAHRO’s Conference team via email at conferenceregistration@nahro.org or phone at (800) 842-6225 regarding special dietary requests and or physically challenging barriers. A member of the conference team will assist you with discussing specifics to facilitate your attendance and participation.
