What is included with my booth?
• Company listing in the Conference Program, including a 25-word company description
• One full conference registration; one booth personnel badge (access to exhibit hall and sessions only; and the opportunity to purchase up to three additional full conference registrations at $295 each
• Pre-show attendee list
• Post-show attendee list
• 2012 “I’m exhibiting” logo to use in marketing and post on your website
• Link from www.nahro.org/nationalconference to your website from the Exhibition page
• Lead retrieval tracking system
• 7” x 44” booth identification sign
• 8’ high pipe and drape back wall with 3’ high draped side rails*
Note: Carpet, furniture, utilities, and any other additional services are not included. These items should be purchased through vendors provided in the Exhibitor Service Kit.
How do I make hotel and travel arrangements?
NAHRO requires exhibit space confirmation prior to making reservations in the NAHRO room block. Once your exhibit space is confirmed, the booth contact listed on your Exhibit Space Application & Contract will receive a hyperlink and access code for your company to reserve hotel accommodations in the NAHRO exhibitor room block. A block of rooms have been reserved for exhibitors at each of the conference hotels.
Who needs to register for an exhibitor badge?
All personnel that need access to the show floor require an exhibitor badge. This includes, but is not limited to, representatives from the exhibiting company, outside sales representatives, models, entertainers, and costumed mascots.
When will exhibitor registration & housing open?
Exhibitor registration & housing will open at the end of August.
How many complimentary booth personnel badges do I receive with my booth?
Each 10’ x 10’ booth includes one (1) full conference registration; one (1) booth personnel badge - access to exhibit hall and sessions only; and the opportunity to purchase up to three (3) additional full conference registrations at $295 each.
