 REGISTRATION RATES

Each 10 x 10 booth or multiple thereof includes:

·         For first exhibitor booth personnel you receive: a complimentary full registration which includes admittances to exhibit  hall, all sessions and ticketed events

·         For second exhibitor booth personnel you receive: acomplimentary partial registration which includes admission to exhibit hall and sessions only. This exhibitor can upgrade to receive ticketed events for $130. (Use the Primary Exhibitor Booth Personnel Registration form above fo the first two registrations).

·         For the 3rd, 4th and 5th exhibitor booth personnel you can register each at a discounted full conference registration rate of $275; whic includes admittance to exhibit hall, all sessions and ticketed events ( Use the Additional Exhibitor Booth Personnel Registration form above).

·         For the 6th exhibitor boot personnell you must register them at the rate of a regular conference attendee.  (See regular conference attendee rates belo and use the Additional Exhibitor Booth Personnel Registration form above).

REGISTRATION PAYMENTS

Registration fees must be paid in advance. Registration forms received without payment will not be processed. Registrations may be paid by credit card or check. NAHRO accepts Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. All registrations must be faxed or postmarked on or before October 14. After that date you must register on site. Please do not mail and fax your registration and payment–only one copy is required.

REGISTRATION CONFIRMATIONS

All registrations received prior to October 14 will be confirmed.   If you register by fax or mail, your confirmation and hotel access codes will be e-mailed within one week. Faxed or mailed registrations are processed in the order they are received. Please bring a copy of your confirmation with you to the conference.

REGISTRATION CHANGES/SUBSTITUTIONS

Prior to October 14, changes/substitutions must be submitted in writing and forwarded to NAHRO via e-mail, or fax: (202) 289-4968. After October 14, changes must be made onsite at registration.

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICIES FOR THE NATIONAL CONFERENCE & EXHIBITION

The cancellation and refund policies have been revised to minimize potential conference and hotel room liability for which NAHRO commits well in advance of conference dates. Such expenses include, but are not limited to, hotel rooms, catering, and attendee supplies, i.e. badges, programs, etc.

Booth Cancellations:  If the assigned space is cancelled or reduced by exhibitor after August 29 (60 days prior to opening of the exhibition), then the total cost will be retained by NAHRO. 

Booth Personnel Cancellations:  Must be in writing and submitted by mail or fax on or before October 3 to receive a refund less a $75 registration cancellation processing fee. No refunds will be granted after October 3 however access to program content (video of plenary sessions and complete set of handouts/presentations will still be permitted. No telephone or e-mail cancellations will be honored. No refunds will be granted for no-shows or functions you do not attend.

SPECIAL NEEDS

Please contact NAHRO’s Conference team via e-mail at conferenceregistration@nahro.org or phone at (800) 842-6225 regarding special dietary requests and or physically challenging barriers in attending the National Conference and related activities. A member of the conference team will assist you with discussing specifics to facilitate your attendance and participation.

Name badges are not mailed in advance and may be picked up onsite in St. Louis. Registration hours are:

 

Saturday, October 22:         7:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.

Sunday, October 23:            7:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.

Monday, October 24:            7:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.

Tuesday, October 25:           7:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.

 

Pre/Post Conference NPDS Seminars/Exams

Registration for pre/post conference NPDS Seminars will be located directly outside of the seminar/exam room 30 minutes prior to seminar/exam start time.
