Registration includes admission to all plenary and concurrent sessions, Sunday evening’s Welcome Reception, Continental Breakfasts on Monday and Tuesday, the Washington Reception on Tuesday and the Closing Breakfast on Wednesday morning.

Yes, you may purchase tickets on site or by sending an e-mail request to conferenceregistration@nahro.org.

If you have not received your acknowledgement within two weeks of submitting your registration, please contact us via the Conference Hotline at (800) 842-6225 or via email at  conferenceregistration@nahro.org.

Changes/substitutions are permitted and should be submitted in writing via email at conferenceregistration@nahro.org or fax at (202)289-4968 prior to March 18. After March 18, changes/substitutions must be made onsite at applicable Registration.

Please make corrections on the received acknowledgement letter and fax correctionsto (202) 289- 4968.

NAHRO does not except purchase orders for conference registration.

Advance Registration will close March 18, 2011. After this date you can register onsite.

If you have never attended an National NAHRO Conference (Legislative, Summer or the National Conferene &  Exhibition) and you are not a member of NAHRO, you will be considered a first time non member attendee.

You can register for Professional Development Seminars online or via the Legislative Conference registration form. Additional fees apply and pre-registration is required.  For more information,  please visit Professional Development Seminars on the Legislative Conference web page.

Plenary sessions are designed to appeal to all conference attendees and include the opening keynote address and closing remarks.

The discounted rates for NAHRO attendees is $255.00 single or double occupancy and is available through February 25, 2011 or until the NAHRO room block is sold out.

Name changes, arrival/departure changes, and/or cancellations may be submitted via the online reservation system or by calling the Marriott Call Center at (800) 266-9432 until February 25, 2011.  Please note that deposits will be refundable for cancellations received on or before February 25.  Deposits will be forfeited for cancellations made after February 25.

If the NAHRO room block sells out, NAHRO will provide delegates with a list of nerby hotels but cannot guarantee room rate or availability
