Using HOME

The HOME Investment Partnerships program was designed as a flexible tool to enable communities to meet pressing housing needs in ways that best suit their particular situations. Each year, state and local agencies use HOME resources more effectively and with increasing sophistication to create affordable housing opportunities. Using HOME describes successful and innovative uses of the HOME program and highlights cases in which local housing authorities are key participants in HOME-funded projects or programs.
