NOTE: Shuttle transportation will be provided during peak hours to and from America's Center beginning Saturday, October 22 through Tuesday, October 25 as well as the evening event on Monday at the Renaissance Grand Hotel.
Hotel Reservation Policy for NAHRO Conferences
Register first…then reserve your room! Conference/Seminar registration is required prior to making a reservation in the NAHRO room block. Any reservation in the NAHRO room block without a corresponding conference/seminar registration may be canceled without notice. This is a new policy, designed to give priority to registered conference/seminar attendees and provide them with greater access to the discounted hotel room rates. Once your registration is confirmed, you will receive a hyperlink and access code to reserve your hotel accommodations in the NAHRO room block.

Hotel Reservations
Requests for reservations at the NAHRO group rate will be accepted for registered conference/seminar attendees on a space available basis through September 23 or until the NAHRO room block is sold out. Reservations may only be secured online via the hyperlink and access code included in your conference/seminar registration confirmation. A credit card is required to reserve your room. All rooms require a $250 deposit that will be processed prior to your arrival date and credited against the balance at your confirmed hotel. Please note the credit card may not be charged until after the September 23 hotel reservations deadline so please make sure that the card you provide for the deposit will not expire before the start of the conference/seminar. The card provided will ONLY be charged the $250 deposit with the balance for your entire stay due and payable on-site. Checks will not be accepted for deposits, but may be used on-site to satisfy balance.

If the NAHRO room block sells out, NAHRO will provide delegates with a list of nearby hotels but cannot guarantee room rate or availability.
Stay within our Block!
NAHRO and the city that hosts our conference work very hard to determine the overall value our conference brings to the city, which impacts our ability to negotiate the best rates for hotel rooms. Hotel rooms reserved outside of the NAHRO block cannot be captured and lessen the value of the NAHRO Conference. By reserving your hotel room within the NAHRO room block, you are assisting our ability to negotiate lower rates at future conference hotels.

Prior to September 23 name changes, arrival/departure changes and/or cancellations should be submitted via Passkey's online reservation system. After September 23, please contact the hotel directly. Deposits will be refundable for cancellations received on or before September 23.

Hotel Acknowledgments/Confirmations
You will receive an automated acknowledgment of your hotel reservation upon completion of your reservation. Please do not call the hotel “just to be sure” until after September 23.
