SYMPOSIUM HOTEL
The Sheraton Grand Chicago Riverwalk Hotel is located at 301 East North Water Street, Chicago, IL. Located in the heart of the River North district, Sheraton Grand Chicago Riverwalk is an urban sanctuary amid iconic attractions in downtown Chicago including Michigan Avenue, Millennium Park, Navy Pier and the Magnificent Mile.
NAHRO SYMPOSIUM ROOM RATE
The Symposium room rate for NAHRO attendees is $219/night plus 17.4% tax. To access the special rate, attendees must make reservations through the weblink provided in Symposium registration confirmation. No phone reservations will be accepted.
HOTEL RESERVATION POLICY
Register first, then reserve your room! Symposium registration is required prior to making a reservation in the NAHRO room block. Once your registration is confirmed, your registration confirmation will contain a weblink through which to reserve your hotel accommodations on-line in the NAHRO room block. A credit card is required to make a reservation. Phone reservations will not be accepted.*Any reservation in the NAHRO room block without a corresponding Symposium registration will be canceled without notice.
Requests for reservations at the NAHRO group rate will be accepted for registered Symposium attendees on a space available basis through June 18 or until the NAHRO room block is sold out, whichever comes first. Rooms within the NAHRO room block are limited and first-come, first-serve.
REQUIRED RESERVATION GUARANTEE
A valid credit card is required to make a reservation.
RESERVATION CONFIRMATIONS
You will receive an automated confirmation of your hotel reservation upon completion of your reservation.
RESERVATION CHANGES/CANCELLATIONS
Name changes, arrival/departure changes and/or cancellations should be submitted via the online reservation system on or before June 18. After June 18, please contact the hotel directly.
PAYMENT OF ROOM CHARGES ON-SITE
Once on-site, guest room balances can be paid by cash or credit/debit card.
INCIDENTAL HOLD/DEPOSIT
Please note the hotel requires an incidental hold/deposit at the time of check-in (payable by cash or credit/debit card only.)
EARLY DEPARTURE FEE
In the event you check out of the hotel prior to your reserved checkout date, the hotel will add an early departure fee in the amount equal to one night’s room and tax.
