HOTEL RESERVATION POLICY FOR NAHRO CONFERENCES
Register first … then reserve your room! Conference registration is required prior to making a reservation in the NAHRO room block. Any reservation in the NAHRO room block without a corresponding conference/seminar registration may be canceled without notice. This policy is designed to give priority to registered conference/seminar attendees and provide them with greater access to the discounted hotel room rates. Once your registration is confirmed, you will receive a hyperlink to reserve your hotel accommodations in the NAHRO room block.

HOTEL RESERVATIONS FOR THE SUMMER CONFERENCE
NAHRO has a limited number of discounted rooms for registered attendees at the conference hotel:
Rate for Registered Conference Attendees: $169.00 Single/Double
State and Local Tax: 14.75%
Requests for reservations at the NAHRO group rate will be accepted for registered conference attendees on a space available basis through June 24 or until the NAHRO room block is sold out. Reservations may be secured online only via the hyperlink included in your conference registration confirmation. A credit card is required to reserve your room.
DEPOSIT REQUIRED
All rooms require a $250 deposit that will be processed at the time of booking and will be credited against the full balance on your room. Checks will not be accepted for deposits, but may be used on-site to satisfy balance. The deposit will be refundable for cancellations up to twenty one (21) days prior to arrival. Deposits will be forfeited for cancellations occurring less than 21 days prior to arrival.
ROOM CHANGES
Changes may be submitted via the reservation site on or before June 24. After June 24, please call the hotel direct.
ROOM CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations can be submitted thru the reservation website up until 21 days prior to your arrival. Inside 21 days prior to your arrival, please contact the hotel directly.
HOTEL ACKNOWLEDGMENTS/CONFIRMATIONS
You will receive an automated acknowledgment of your hotel reservation upon completion of your reservation. Please do not call the hotel “just to be sure” until after June 24.

NO ROOMS AVAILABLE?
If the NAHRO room block sells out, NAHRO will provide delegates with a list of nearby hotels but cannot guarantee rate or availability.
STAY WITHIN OUR BLOCK!
NAHRO and the host city work very hard to determine the overall value the conference brings to the city, which impacts our ability to negotiate the best rates for hotel rooms. Hotel rooms reserved outside of the NAHRO block cannot be captured and lessen the value of the NAHRO Conference. By reserving your hotel room within the NAHRO room block, you are assisting our ability to negotiate lower rates at future conference hotels.
