Unless otherwise noted, all conference activities will be located at the Nashville Convention Center.
NOTE: THE DEADLINE DATE FOR DISCOUNTED RATES IN THE NAHRO ROOM BLOCK WAS SEPTEMBER 27. ROOMS MAY STILL BE AVAILABLE AT CONFERENCE HOTELS, HOWEVER AVAILABILITY AND RATES ARE SUBJECT TO THE HOTEL'S DISCRETION - PLEASE REFER TO THE INFORMATION BELOW TO CONTACT THEM DIRECTLY.

HOTEL RESERVATION POLICY FOR NAHRO CONFERENCES
NAHRO requires exhibit space confirmation prior to making reservations in the NAHRO room block. Any reservation in the NAHRO room block without a corresponding exhibit space confirmation may be canceled without notice. This policy is designed to give priority to confirmed exhibitors and provide them with greater access to the discounted hotel room rates. Once your exhibit space is confirmed, the booth contact listed on your Exhibit Space Application & Contract will receive a hyperlink and access code for your company to reserve hotel accommodations in the NAHRO exhibitor room block.

Requests for reservations at the NAHRO group rate will be accepted for registered conference/seminar attendees on a space available basis through September 27 or until the NAHRO room block is sold out. Reservations may be secured online only via the hyperlink and access code included in your conference/seminar registration confirmation. A credit card is required to reserve your room. All rooms require a $250 deposit that will be processed prior to your arrival date and credited against the balance at your confirmed hotel. Please note the credit card may not be charged until after the September 27 hotel reservations deadline so please make sure the card you provide for the deposit will not expire before the start of the conference/seminar. The card provided will be charged the $250 deposit ONLY with the balance for your entire stay due and payable on-site. Checks will not be accepted for deposits, but may be used on-site to satisfy your balance. If the NAHRO room block sells out, NAHRO will provide delegates with a list of nearby hotels but cannot guarantee a room rate or availability.

NAHRO and the host city work very hard to determine the overall value the conference brings to the city, which impacts our ability to negotiate the best rates for hotel rooms. Hotel rooms reserved outside of the NAHRO block cannot be captured and lessen the value of the NAHRO Conference. By reserving your hotel room within the NAHRO room block, you are assisting our ability to negotiate lower rates at future conference hotels.

After September 27, please contact the hotels directly. Deposits will be refundable for cancellations received on or before September 27.
