Session #1 -- Determining Your HCV Waiting List Pulls and Briefings and Its Relationship to HUD's Forecasting Tool!
This session will help you determine the number of waiting list pulls and subsequent briefings which are critical to the success of your program. Several scenarios have been developed to prepare your request for pulls in order to maximize your UML's and ABA! (0.25 CEUs)
Session #2 -- Tracking Pulls and Briefed Clients for Success
This session will provide a recap of Session #1 and walk you through tracking each pull and brieifnings, tracking number of briefed clients to being leased and finally tracking the number of leased clients to actually realizing the UML count for those clients -- three different aging schedules, each with their own success rates. (0.25 CEUs)
Session #3 -- Pulls and Briefings and the Affects on the Waiting List
This session will provide a recap on Session 1 & 2 and help you evaluate the viability and longevity of your waiting list -- and answer the question: To open or not to open the waiting list and when. (0.25 CEUs)
