Introduction to Mixed Finance Development for Public Housing Authorities
This fast paced course focuses on mixed financing development transactions for Public Housing Authorities (PHAs). The instructor will delve into various multi-family rental finance components, including pro forma development and will de-mystify housing development by providing exposure to financing tools and structures used in private sector housing development and the overall development process. Participants will go beyond the traditional financing methods for PHA multi-family housing development and gain exposure to cutting edge financing and transaction structuring. The instructor will provide successful models and case studies for PHA ownership and management of mixed-finance and mixed-income rental development and redevelopment opportunities. (1.3 CEUs)
