Managing Maintenance

Property Managers who want to improve their housing agency’s maintenance operations, i.e. Maintenance Directors, Maintenance Foremen, Executive/Deputy Directors, and Maintenance Supervisors.

The first two days are devoted to maintenance management. Day three concentrates on action plan development — maintenance management staff working with residents and Executive Directors. Topics include:
