- Teaches candidates about oversight of policies and budgets and the appropriate boundaries of their purview
- Focuses on how to become a strong advocate for affordable housing in the community
- Places special emphasis upon professional ethical conduct and how it affects the agency

- One NAHRO live seminar (at least 6.5 hours of training) or 0.65 NAHRO Continuing Eduacation Units (CEUs) or equivalent training required every 2 years from date of certification.
