NAHRO's PHM seminar is now offered in the blended learning format. Blended learning means that a segment of the course must be completed online prior to the live portion of the PHM seminar. Specifically, participants will be asked to watch three 30 minute videos on the History of Public Housing, Maintenance and Ethics. Pre-seminar instructions will be sent by NAHRO staff two weeks before the start of the live seminar. Supplemental materials will also be provided. We ask that each participant view the videos before arriving onsite for training as the material will not be covered in class and may appear on PHM certification exam. For more information about the new blended learning format, please contact a member of the Professional Development team at 877-866-2476.
