The Commissioner's Guide to Understanding and Monitoring Agency Operations and Programs 
This e-Learning seminar facilitates the commissioner's understanding of operational and program diversity among agencies and explores the "Agency as a business" that must be continuously monitored and assessed. Also examines board-staff boundaries and responsibilities related to establishing and implementing agency policy and managing and overseeing operations and programs. Participants are encouraged to take Commissioners' Fundamentals before taking this course.
