On-Site Education and Technical Assistance

NAHRO’s On-site Education and Technical Assistance Program delivers over 75 training and technical assistance events each year to more than 2,500 participants working in the affordable-housing industry. Individual agencies and NAHRO chapters and regions have found this delivery option provides an opportunity to educate more staff at a reasonable price, because there is reduced travel time, lodging and generally no airfares. Dramatically eliminating or reducing these expenses benefits the bottom-line while at the same time provides the perfect environment for team building and staff mentoring.

Technical Assistance

TrainingAll of NAHRO’s regularly scheduled Professional Development Seminars and Certifications can be brought to your locality. Additionally, we offer timely specific technical and customized training. For example, in helping agencies prepare and/or recover from HUD RIM Reviews, our most popular training in 2004 was Eligibility, Income and Rent Calculation.
