This course focuses on the use, planning and implementation of consortium arrangements to strengthen the service capacity of small agencies. Designed to assist small agencies in better understanding the consortia model and how it can by used to enhance community service, the program includes a discussion of consortium planning requirements; administration and reporting protocols and tips, and present samples of best practices (0.7 CEU's)
