PHA's Framework to Maximize NSP Dollars

The Neighborhood Stabilization Program was created to help stabilize communities affected by the foreclosure crisis.   Nearly $6 Billion is available in two rounds.

PHAs need to react quickly to this opportunity to expand affordable homebuyer and rental housing and respond to community impacts of the foreclosure crisis.   First round funds are being obligated by states and local governments now, and a second competitive round is imminent.

This workshop will provide PHAs with a succinct overview of the program requirements, and a framework for identifying ways to utilize this funding. This funding is available only for a short period of time.   Don’t miss this opportunity.
