Senior Professional Housing Manager (SPHM) Exam The SPHM seminar is no longer offered. Candidates who have previously taken the exam but were unsuccessful with passing the exam may retake it as many times as necessary within a two-year timeframe. Authorization Form
NAHRO sends certification exam results only to the individual participant unless authorized by that participant to also send the results to the employer agency. Individual registrants must complete and sign the authorization section of the registration form in order to be registered for the exam. Each authorization requires a separate registration form. Receiving Your Certification After the designated exam has been scored and all registration fees are paid, a certificate and certification pin for the appropriate designation will be mailed within six weeks. No scores or acknowledgment of pass/fail status will be given over the telephone under any circumstances. Return to: Top of Page |
