Housing and Community Development Salary and Benefits Report
NAHRO embarked on an ambitious research project - to identify salaries and benefits for positions throughout local housing agencies' (LHAs) operations. The research is done, and the results are compiled in NAHRO's National Local Housing Agency Salary Survey. Based on a statistically valid sample of almost 200 agencies covering 3,600 positions from executive director to housing manager and maintenance worker, NAHRO's research has captured information on agency employees including salary, educational level, gender, years in position, unionized positions, certifications, and insurance and retirement programs, and more. The information is compiled and presented in text, tables, and bar graphs, which describe employment in local agencies in cross-cutting categories.
