Registration/Cancellation

Online Registration:

Only online registrations are accepted for NAHRO Professional Developement's e-Learning seminars and e-Briefing sessions. Payment for online NAHRO Professional Development offerings must be made via credit card (Visa, MasterCard, and American Express) at the time of registration.

After registering, attendees will immediately receive important login information at the email address on file. It is the attendee's responsibility to confirm system requirements and test connections prior to the start of the session.

Registraton for each online offering closes at 11:59pm ET the day before a session's scheduled start date. Registered attendees will be able to download a copy of the presentation and additional resources after the online session commences.

Online Cancellation:

In order for full credit to be applied toward another online session of equal or lesser value, or for a full refund to be issued, the registrant must provide a written notice of cancellation at least 24 hours in advance of the start of the session (or by 5:00pm ET on the previous Friday, if the session begins on the following Monday).

To cancel: please email: professionaldevelopment@nahro.org and reference your Order Number. Requests for refunds received after this deadline but prior to the beginning of a session will be considered on a case-by-case basis and will be subject to a cancellation fee equal to 25 percent of the registration fee. No shows will not be subject to a refund.

In addition, it is the responsibility of the attendee to confirm system requirements and test their devices and internet connection prior to the start of the online session. Should a technical failure occur at the attendee's workplace or home that prohibits access to the session, a request for a refund may not be honored. However, if the technical failure is the fault of NAHRO and the session is canceled or rescheduled as a result, full credit will be applied toward another online session of equal or lesser value, or a full refund will be issued upon request.

Live (In-Person) Registration:

For an expedited registration process and to secure your seat, we highly encourage you to register online. If this is not an option please call us at 877-866-2476.

*In order to ensure that you receive the necessary training manuals and materials in a timely fashion, Registration for all in-person opportunities will close at 12AM Eastern Time the Thursday prior to the first scheduled session.

Live (In-Person) Cancellation:
Cancellation must be received at least 20 business days prior to the start of the course in order for a full tuition credit to be applied toward another seminar/exam. You must then use this credit within one year of your cancellation to avoid forfeiting your tuition or provide you with a full refund (at your option). In the event that you cancel without at least 20 business days notice and do not wish to have your tuition credited towards another seminar/exam (under the terms specified above), a $75 cancellation fee will be retained from your tuition refund to cover administration costs.
