The Speaker Resource Center is a tool for speakers to ensure speaker needs and requirements are being met. Through the Speaker Resource Center, speakers will be able to consent to the NAHRO speaker agreement, view session information, and upload all final presentations and handouts.
Please be sure to come back often to find tools to assist you with you presentation as well as important information you will need regarding the 2013 Summer Conference . Registration
In appreciation of your contribution as a speaker, NAHRO will provide complimentary participation in conference activities on the day of your session. If you wish to register to attend the full conference, please download the Speaker Registration form to take advantage of the discounted registration rate available for speakers.

Session Presentations/Handouts
THIS CONFERENCE IS PAPER-LITE! In an effort to be responsible toward the environment, as well as to increase the quality and timeliness of the resources available to attendees, we are reducing the amount of paper we use at our conferences and will not provide paper handouts during sessions.
Pre-conference handout materials will be available to conference attendees on the conference Web page via the NAHRO Live Learning Center approximately one week prior to the conference. In addition, fully registered conference attendees receive up to 80 hours of audio synchronized to each speaker’s PowerPoint presentation and handouts shortly after the conference. The ability to download session materials prior to the conference is invaluable to conference attendees, so we encourage presentations/handouts for all sessions.
Speakers are responsible for uploading their final PowerPoint presentations and handouts via the Speaker Resource Center. Final presentations must be in PowerPoint format (either .pptx or .ppt) and submitted on the National Conference & Exhibition template. Handouts must be in Word or PDF (either.doc, .docx or .pdf) format. No other file formats are accepted.
NOTE: Presentations and/or handouts must be free of company logos and sales presentation. If included, they will be removed.

Session Rooms
The standard room set is theatre-style seating for 100-150 attendees and includes a head table on a riser, standing lectern microphone, 2-3 table microphones, LCD-projector with screen, and laptop computer. All sessions will be audio recorded.
In addition to audiovisual support, a session host will be available to assist with logistics, i.e. seating, session evaluations, and anything else you might need.
Evaluations
Session evaluations will be distributed to attendees as they enter the room and collected as they depart. Evaluation data will be provided to all speakers following the conference.
