Most of the major rental car companies have services at the Augusta Regional Airport. AHA has its own parking lot, so parking is readily available for staff and guests at no cost.

The IHFA offices are located just 3.5 miles from the Boise Airport and the estimated drive time is 9 minutes (See attached map). There is both taxi and shuttle service from the airport. IHFA has its own parking lot, so parking is readily available for staff and guests at no cost.

The training facility is located in the heart of the Glen Burnie Town Center, which is 3 miles from the Baltimore-Washington International Thurgood Marshall Airport. There are over 30 hotels located within 5 miles of the facility and many affordable restaurants are within walking distance of the training location for convenience at lunchtime. Free parking is available in the town center and some nearby hotels may offer shuttle service to the training site.

The training facility, Hampton Homes Resource Center, is located 15.3 miles from the Piedmont Triad International Airport. The meeting room facilities, downtown location and proximity to hotels, restaurants and transportation make this an ideal location for training events. There is also a shuttle service located at the airport in the baggage claim area. Call (877) 796-5466 for more information. A taxi ride from the airport costs approximately $25 for one or two people, and $10 each for three or more. The HHRC has its own parking lot, so parking is readily available for staff and guests at no cost.

The HHA offices are located just 26.4 miles from the Chicago Midway Airport and the estimated drive time is 43 minutes (See map). The HHA offices are located just 41.5 miles from the O'Hare International Airport and the estimated drive time is 56 minutes (See map). There is a car service to and from the airport; Coach USA Tristate/United Limo - 8144 Indianapolis Blvd. Highland, IN  46322. Tickets can be pre-purchased online or at the station.  Taxi Service is available from the coach station to hotels, or by arrangement in advance with HHA. The NRC offices are located between two major aiports, William P. Hobby Airport and George Bush Intercontinental Airport. Hobby Airport is the largest hub for Southwest and is also serviced by most carriers. George Bush Intercontinental Airport is serviced by all major carriers. The NRC office is located 11.5 miles from the William P. Hobby Airport and the estimated drive time is 18 minutes (see map). It is 22 miles from the George Bush Intercontinental Airport to NRC with an estimated drive time of 30 minutes (see map). There is taxi service to and from both airports. Free parking is available onsite at the NRC office.

There are a few different options for traveling to the Islip NAHRO Training Center. The Training Center can be reached by plane through the Long Island MacArthur Airport or by train on the Long Island Railroad  (training center is one-half mile from the Central Islip Station with sidewalks and crosswalks, one hour from New York City) if traveling from the region.

The THA offices are located near downtown as well as less than one mile to Westshore Mall (has 85 shops and 16 eateries) and within 1.5 miles of International Plaza (has more than 200 shops and 16 eateries) all of which are close to several hotels. Here are a few:
