Workshop for Executive Directors e-Learning
Objectives:
- To learn how to maximize your limited resources, including staffing and successful management of fiscal operations of your agency
- To discuss asset management and how it affects your agency
- To participate and learn about best practices related to key aspects of housing operations: maintenance, modernization/ construction administration, occupancy, and inspections
- How to handle ethical and procurement issues
