The “NAHASDA Reauthorization Act of 2021” would reauthorize a bill from 1996 that includes block grants, affordable housing programs, and other housing assistance for Native communities.
The “Unhoused Bill of Rights” is a non-binding resolution that expresses the state of homelessness in America and the actions Congress should take to address it. The resolution proposes funding the Public Housing Capital Fund backlog and expanding the housing voucher program.
