Managing a HCV program as well as learning the proper HUD regulations can be a daunting task. NAHRO has created a series of trainings, focusing on the key components of HCV program management, for HCV supervisors and other key personnel to manage a high performing program.

- Program Plan and Regulations
- Financial Management
- Waiting List and Tenant Selection
Who Should Attend
These key component will cover areas including, marketing strategies, new PIC reporting requirements, setting budgets, fiscal requirements, strategies for keeping a high utilization rates and identifying utilization problems. Supervisors will also be learn effective monitoring and establish quality control procedures to help increase their SEMAP scores.
