NAHRO’s Executive Management and Leadership Seminar delivers contemporary models and explores discussion areas that support executives and senior staff to meet today’s challenges. Participants will focus on dealing with change,developing strategic initiatives, and creating a culture of excellent performance and productivity within their own organization.
Who Should Attend
At the executive and senior staff level, managing and leading people, processes and systems within the organization effectively is the key to a successful, productive and respected organization. The Executive Management Certification is appropriate for senior and executive staff currently managing and leading assisted housing agencies, and for those who aspire to senior and executive levels of positions viewing the assisted housing industry as a career. The Executive Management and Leadership seminar is appropriate for both new and seasoned professionals who wish to better understand the dynamics of the people- and process-improvement elements inherent in their roles and responsibilities.
