How much is registration?
Due to the nature of a virtual meeting, we were able to significantly reduce the cost of registration. (Food is expensive!) The quality of the meeting content and experience, however, will be comparable to our in-person events. The fee is $195 for NAHRO members $245 for non-members. 

How do I log in on the day of the event?
The online conference will be hosted on a virtual conference platform, accessible via Mobile App or Desktop Web App (from your internet browser – Chrome is strongly encouraged). Registered attendees will receive instructions on how to access the conference platform a few days prior to the event. Registered attendees will receive an email a few days prior to the conference with detailed instructions on how to set up your account and log into the virtual conference platform.  The email address used to register for the conference will be required for access to the virtual conference platform.

Do I need to download or install any software to be able to attend this event?
Sessions will be conducted thru Zoom. So, if you don’t already have it, we recommend that you download Zoom ahead of time on whatever device you choose to use for the conference. The web browser client will download automatically when you start or join your first session, but we recommend that you manually download it prior to the conference, as the viewing experience is much better. Also, using internet browser Chrome (for the desktop web app) is strongly encouraged for best experience.

Is a webcam required for participation in the conference?
No, most sessions will be conducted in Zoom Webinar and attendees will not be on camera. However, there are some sessions including the roundtables and the virtual networking reception that are facilitated in Zoom meeting and are more attendee interactive, where an attendee might want to have a functional webcam and mic.

What if I have technical difficulty during the conference?
NAHRO will provide all day dedicated attendee technical support during the conference.  More details will be provided as we get close to the conference. 

How can I ask questions during the conference sessions?
During most sessions, attendees can ask questions via the chat or q&a feature.  However, there are some sessions including the roundtables and the virtual networking reception that are facilitated in Zoom meeting and are more attendee interactive, where an attendee can ask questions live, given they have a functional mic. 

Will the sessions be recorded so I can watch them again later? Yes, all sessions will be recorded.  Can’t decide which concurrent session to attend? Since all sessions will be recorded, you’ll be able to catch up on what you missed even after the conference ends. Registered attendees will have access to the virtual conference platform for several months post-conference.  Access includes the ability to watch the sessions again, download the PowerPoint slides and other materials, reach out to speakers and revisit the virtual vendor booths and sponsor profiles. 

Will I be able to take away information or brochures from the event?
Yes. Presentations and handouts are available for download in the Documents feature on the platform. 

I miss social interaction! Can I mingle with attendees and vendors/sponsors?
Once logged into the virtual conference platform, you will be able to see who else is registered for the conference.  If you would like to start a conversation with other attendees/vendors/sponsors, you can send them a message to connect – adding a person as a connection allows you to message with them, send them meeting requests, see their contact information, and more! 

What’s a virtual showcase of industry vendors?
We know you’ll miss visiting in-person with vendors and taking home a tote bag stuffed to the brim with pens, koozies, candy, and business cards. But you will still get to network with our awesome virtual vendors and sponsors. Visit the virtual vendor booths and sponsor profiles.  Live chat, set up a meeting, request more information or even schedule a demo.  Lots of fun prizes and swag are up for grabs!

Are Continuing Education Credits (CEUS) provided at this conference?
The conference will have a variety of educational sessions available with attendees earning 6 credit hours of NAHRO Continuing Education Units (0.6 NAHRO CEUs) that can be used for NAHRO Certification and recertification requirements. NAHRO conference education may be counted as credit by other organizations at their discretion. NAHRO can provide documentation of CEUs earned. Further information at
