Online registration for NAHRO Online: 2020 Summer Conference is now open!  Registration will close on July 22. 

Log-in to the NAHRO website is required prior to registering. If you do not have a NAHRO website username and password, please contact memberservices@nahro.org or call 877-866-2476, ext 7220.  For conference registration questions, please call 800-842-6225.

CONFERENCE REGISTRATION FEES:
Member rate: $295
Non-member rate: $395
Resident rate: $115
*Resident: lives in affordable housing

The Conference registration fee includes admission to all virtual plenary and concurrent sessions and networking receptions.  Registered conference attendees will also receive access to session recordings and session PowerPoint™ presentations and handouts. 

REGISTRATION PAYMENTS:
Registration fees must be paid in advance. Registrations may be paid by credit card or E-check. NAHRO accepts Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.

REGISTRATION CONFIRMATIONS:
All registrations must be received on or prior to July 22.  You will receive your confirmation as soon as payment is applied. 

REGISTRATION CHANGES/SUBSTITUTIONS:
Changes/substitutions must be submitted in writing by July 22 and forwarded to NAHRO via e-mail at conferenceregistration@nahro.org.

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICIES:
All conference cancellations must be in writing and submitted by email on or before July 16, to receive a refund less a $75 cancellation fee to cover administrative costs. No refunds will be granted for the conference after July 16; however access to session recordings and presentations/handouts will still be permitted. No telephone cancellations will be honored. No refunds will be granted for no-shows.

VIRTUAL CONFERENCE ACCESS:
Information on how to access the conference platform and mobile app will be provided to all registered attendees at a later date.
