Registration

The 2023 NAHRO Summer Symposium will be held in-person at the Grand Hyatt Washington Hotel, July 14-15.  Virtual participation will not be available.

SYMPOSIUM REGISTRATION includes admission to all plenary and concurrent sessions; continental breakfasts and breaks; receptions; and access to the symposium app.

SYMPOSIUM REGISTRATION FEES:

• MEMBER:  
  Early Bird Rate: $545 – Register thru June 7
  Regular Rate: $645 – Register between June 8 and July 6.
  Same-day/On-site Rate: $745 – After July 6, advance registration will close. Register on-site in Washington, DC, starting on July 13.

• NON-MEMBER:
  Early Bird Rate: $795 – Register thru June 7
  Regular Rate: $895 – Register between June 8 and July 6.
  Same-day/On-site Rate: $995 – After July 6, advance registration will close. Register on-site in Washington, DC, starting on July 13.

• RESIDENT: $295
  _{A resident resides in public housing.}
  
• GUEST: $295
  _{A guest is a spouse/friend, not a co-worker or work colleague}

REGISTRATION PAYMENT
Registration fee must be paid in advance. Online registration must be paid by credit card. NAHRO accepts Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. If you are paying by check, download this hard copy registration form, complete and follow remittance instructions on form.

REGISTRATION CONFIRMATION
Advance registration must be received on or prior to July 6. You will receive your confirmation as soon as payment is applied.

REGISTRATION CHANGES/SUBSTITUTIONS
Changes/substitutions must be submitted in writing by July 6 and forwarded to NAHRO via e-mail, conferenceregistration@nahro.org

REGISTRATION CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
All symposium cancellations must be submitted in writing by June 21 and forwarded to NAHRO via e-mail, conferenceregistration@nahro.org to receive a refund less a $75 cancellation fee. No refunds or credits will be granted after June 21. No telephone cancellations will be honored. No refunds or credits will be granted for no-shows.

HOTEL RESERVATION POLICY
Only registered symposium attendees are eligible for hotel rooms in the NAHRO room block. Register first…then reserve your room! Once your registration is confirmed, your registration confirmation will contain a weblink through which to reserve your hotel accommodations on-line in the NAHRO room block.  Phone reservations will not be accepted. 

CEU INFORMATION
The Symposium will offer a lump sum 14.5 credit hours of NAHRO Continuing Education Units (1.5 NAHRO CEUs.) NAHRO can provide documentation of CEUs earned. Further information at www.nahro.org/certification  

PHOTO/VIDEO DISCLAIMER
By registering for the 2023 Summer Symposium, you agree that your image/voice recording may be used at any time, without further notification, for printed materials, web sites, social media, live-streaming, webcasts and other marketing and educational purposes.

SYMPOSIUM CANCELLATION
In the unlikely event the symposium needs to be cancelled, NAHRO will refund 100% of registration fees paid. NAHRO assumes no liability for any travel fees, charges, penalties, or any other incidental costs that a registrant might incur as a consequence of a cancellation.
