Virtual Capitol Hill Day
Following the Summer Symposium on August 2, NAHRO’s August 3 Virtual Capitol Hill Day is an opportunity for Symposium attendees to kick off NAHRO’s August Advocacy campaign.
We’ll “march” virtually to Capitol Hill and advocate for resources and policies to ensure that every single person in our country has a safe, stable and affordable home in a sustainable community. Your voices are critical – your elected officials want to hear from you about the needs in your community.
Let us schedule your virtual Hill Day meetings for you!
As a complimentary benefit for Summer Symposium attendees, NAHRO is scheduling virtual meetings with your members of Congress on your behalf. Your meetings will happen via conference call on Wednesday, August 3, throughout the day depending on the availability of your legislators or their staff. Once you register for the Symposium, we will schedule your meetings with your Representative and two Senators; we will request your meetings based on the address you used to register for the Symposium. You will then receive information about your meetings via email, prior to the Symposium, starting on Wednesday, July 27th.
