College Unbound is both a longstanding accredited college and a radical higher education infrastructure designed to redefine the higher education experience for adult learners and design new approaches to degree completion for all who have been historically shut out of postsecondary education. Working with both the housers and the housed across PHAs; this project looks at 5 years of a higher education initiative across several public housing authorities to look to draw lessons for collaborative approaches to higher education that can be student-driven, PHA-capacity building, and designed as a path to develop leadership pathways within housing authorities.
