This session is a case study on how to successfully communicate with landlords about becoming more involved with programs in the Housing Choice Voucher Program. Allegheny County Housing Authority has found success by being transparent and educational about happenings. They keep in touch daily and make themselves accessible. They market ACHA and its mission thru social media and email communications. Attendees will leave the session with takeaways on how to make this work at their organizations.
