Join staff from HUD’s Office of Housing and the Affordable Housing Tax Credit Coalition to hear about the Rental Assistance Demonstration (RAD), Project-Based Rental Assistance (PBRA) program, and the Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC). HUD staff will discuss relevant information on repositioning public housing units, including discussions of any new initiatives by the Office of Recapitalization as well as new developments or initiatives related to PBRA. The panel will also be joined by the Affordable Housing Tax Credit Coalition to discuss the LIHTC, efforts to reform and strengthen the tax credit, and how the tax credit can be used to support HUD programs like RAD, MTW, and PBRA.
