The International Research and Global Exchange Committee (IRGE) is exploring the production of affordable and low-income housing and community development in Mexico. In addition, IRGE is considering plans of a study exchange tour to the country to further explore these issues. This session will introduce Mexican policies and practices, such as self-help housing, that may inspire innovative approaches and collaborations for session participants who are interested in affordable housing and community development. Participants will also be able to provide input on the itinerary and focus of a potential NAHRO study tour. All are welcome: bring your lunch!
