NAHRO Celebrates Pride Month

Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, and Queer (LGBTQ) Pride Month is celebrated each year in the month of June to honor the 1969 Stonewall Uprising in Manhattan.

“NAHRO members across the country provide housing, supportive services, and more to individuals and families nationwide, regardless of who they love or how they identify,” NAHRO President Sunny Shaw said. “This Pride Month, we celebrate our LGBTQIA+ community members, recognize the challenges they face, and recommit ourselves to providing affordable housing in vibrant communities to all.”
