NAHRO Honors Outstanding Professional and Emerging Leader; Announces Scholarship Recipients

On Oct. 7, 2021, the National Association of Housing and Redevelopment Officials (NAHRO) presented the award for Outstanding Professional of the Year and Emerging Leader and announced this year’s seven NAHRO Merit College Scholars and the 2021 NARO-LDG Scholars Cohort at the Opening Plenary Session of the online National Conference & Exhibition.
