Showcase Your Agency’s Best Work!

Our Awards of Merit program celebrates the hard work and innovation of NAHRO member agencies nationwide. Awards of Merit winners are not only recognized as some of the best and most creative projects in the affordable housing and community development sphere – they’re also entered in our Solutions Database to provide a resource bank of best practices and innovative programs. Check out last year’s winners on the NAHRO website.

For the 2022 awards cycle, programs must have been put into operation/construction after Jan. 1, 2018 and produced results by Dec. 31, 2021.   Winners receive national recognition and are added to the resource bank of the best programs in housing and community development throughout the nation. At the Merit Award level, entries are judged on their own merit and not in competition with each other.

The 2022 online application is now available on the NAHRO website.
