Don’t miss this week’s overview of HUD’s recently released rule implementing Sections 102, 103, and 104 of the Housing Opportunity Through Modernization Act of 2016 (HOTMA).

The session will provide a high-level overview of the most important provisions of the new rule and how they will update the Public Housing and Housing Choice Voucher programs, among other programs. The update will broadly describe changes to reexaminations, the handling of asset limitations, and interacting with over-income families among other topics.
