The affordable housing industry was forced to quickly adapt and develop new ways to continue our critical work during the worst of the COVID crisis. This challenge highlighted the ingenuity and flexibility of many agencies to continue to serve our communities while also ensuring the safety of our staff and participants. We now realize there are some best practices we can continue to follow and enhance going forward that improve efficiency and provide benefits to everyone.
