This session will focus on how PHAs can successfully engage and support residents through the complex activities related to RAD and Community Redevelopment. The panel will discuss best practices and lessons learned through a variety of rehabilitation and redevelopment activities, and will describe how to communicate and navigate through the challenges that PHAs and their residents may face throughout this important work. Panel members will include: PHA Executive Directors to share lessons learned as they successfully engaged with their audiences while converting their public housing through RAD and other repositioning activities.
