This session will cover how to maintain compliance under the new subsidy platform addressing both the Project Based Voucher (PBV) and Project Based Rental Assistance (PBRA) programs. Participants will learn from first-hand experience on how to avoid potential pitfalls and consequences related to compliance deficiencies and/or a delay or decrease in future Housing Assistance Payments (HAP). The approach for this session focuses on 3 key points: people, process, and technology (PPT).
