This session is for housing authority executive directors, development staff, and commissioners who are interested in making the move into repositioning it’s public housing portfolio, but have fear about the process, and do not know where to begin. We will discuss how to select the correct repositioning strategy; how to market the repositioning with residents, commissioners, and the community; how to address fear of change within the housing authority; and how to best maximize the repositioning to build capacity over the long term.
