Background:

Authorized President Patricia Wells and her designee(s) to negotiate a contract of employment with Mr. Mark Thiele to become the Chief Executive Officer of NAHRO and further to authorize President Wells to sign said contract.   Said contract shall be for not less than two years nor more than five years at a rate of compensation within the range previously advertised in the position posting.
