Lisa Kirch

Director of Development

Lisa Kirch joined NAHRO as the Director of Development in 2025. She is passionate about affordable housing, having worked at a health and homelessness services organization for nearly ten years. She loves all aspects of development, including building relationships with funders, leading advisory councils, and writing compelling proposals. Prior to joining NAHRO, she was Regional Advancement Officer at Chesapeake Bay Outward Bound School, and the Director of Institutional Giving at Community of Hope. She has a doctorate in English Literature from the University of Maryland. She is excited to help NAHRO gain additional funding and strengthen its mission!

When not fundraising, Lisa enjoys hiking, biking, and hanging out with her two kids, her husband, and her cats. She has lived in Washington, DC, for nearly 20 years.
