Description
The Family Self Sufficiency (FSS) program is an amazing program designed to enable PHA participants to achieve economic independence by leveraging public and private resources.

We will explore the program through the lens of a case manager who runs the program, delving into the role of the program partners, the supports from the PHA/Agency, the Program Coordinating Committee, accounting and the community.
We’ll work on our motivational interviewing skills and explore goal setting techniques to
Build your interviewing skills and completing the Individual Training and Services Plan (ITSP), calculating escrow, evaluating your programs success and understanding reporting requirements.
